Caliana has decided that she is taking her life into her own hands and living a life that means something. Her first move, quit her job working for a company that cares nothing for the people that work for them. She decides that she will take time off and spend it a her aunts cabin that she inherited. She is going to relax and enjoy life, until someone from her past comes and heats it up... Owen.
Owen has had it bad for Caliana for far to long to sit back and wait or rather watch her from a far. He decides he is going to be brave and ask her out, on a real date.
This story is about lives spent doing what you don't want, about settling for something that isn't spectacular and then waking up saying what the hell I need to snap out of it and live life. Take the chance that my happiness will be out there. Find the salvation to your soul, for Owen Cali was his soul mate. When Cali realizes that Owen is her soul mate, she decides that nothing will keep them apart...NOTHING!
Michelle Dare gives us a story filled with passion, romance, danger and even more romantically hotter that hot scenes that will melt you readers. Owens is one HOT & SCHMEXY all ALPHA CAVEMAN HUNK!! yeah I know a lot of descriptive words for the down to earth man that sweeps Cali off her feet. I am hoping that Michelle gives us more of the characters in the book. I mean it kinda sounded like we need to hear about Eric & Emily, Ethan & Piper's love lives. I really want to know what make those to men tick. Will they find the ones to make them happy? Are Piper and Emily the ones? What about Avery now that she doesn't have Owen to chase who will she end up with? Intriguing minds want to know. So I wait patiently I add, for the next installment of an exciting and romantic series, cuz book 1 was a home run!
