This is the first book that I have read of Samantha Fontien and let me tell you she has a fan for life! I am hooked to the charters in this book, Samantha left nothing out of each of their lives. The attention to detail that she brings to her characters brings them to life and brings you into the the story. You will become emotionally invested so be warned. I loved this book and I can't qwait to read the next one in the series.

Starting off right where The Duncan Peters Files leaves off you get to know Rizzo in more depth. As with her previous book Samantha goes into detail with her characters painting a picture that is so beautiful you can't help but be drawn into the story. I specially like the fact that we get more of Duncan and Simone so I would continue to get my Duncan fix as I became closer to Rizzo and Mr. Nichlos.
Duncan hands over the reigns of his company to a reluctant Rizzo. Know that she was capable to handle the job, but she did not want it. Wow the sparks that fly in this book are fantastic! Samantha did not hold back when she wrote this book and I applaud her for it.

My Dad was in the RAF and was a huge Military buff, so that’s where I get all my military knowledge and interest... Years of conditioning bahahaha.
I named our puppy Rubin after a character in one of my books.
