Dark Romance can't get any darker than Roman. Yes he is abusive, both physically and mentally. He is warped and does not apologize for it either. SO I am warning you ladies if you want a book with RAINBOWS AND UNICORNS..... Roman will not be that type of book.
Here what Roman is.... Dark, Sinister, Strong, Dangerous, Mysterious, Sexy, Smart, Charming, and hard to not fall in love with. Yeah he is what he is but, like Heather you can't help but fall in love with the devil himself. There are moment when you see that the Angel inside is trying to win and break free. I mean how can someone that vowed never to fall in love because he has no heart, not only accomplish that feat but he tries to protect it. Yeah Roman is who he is but OMG reading it! WAS AMAZING!!!
I cringed I gasped I had to take a break but I couldn't stop reading every thing he did kept my attention till the very bitter end.
I applaud Kimber for her brae take on Romance, for her creativity, yeah it is a little dark but don't we all have a little darkness in us? I mean we all love the Vampire we can fix right? Think of Roman as that Vampire, you know he is going to suck the blood out of you but Man is he HOT!
So I can't wait till book 2 comes out and yeah I know this is going to blow my mind because that is just how Kimber rolls, keep em coming Kimber!!!!
