She gave up on him. She felt betrayed, but running didn't get her the clarity or freedom she wanted. No it got her tied to the wrong person. now she can only hope that his fight is strong enough for the both of them.
Vin and Marley are the real thing and they have real issues which is what makes this romance so beautiful to read. Money and drugs are the evils in this story. The provider of all vices the destroyer of a love that is strong.
This is a romance about overcoming those vices. Fighting for what your heart wants, for fighting for the freedom to love and be loved by the person that makes you whole. Fighting the people that want to take it all away, so called family and friends.
I loved reading this story and gobbled it up in one sitting. Shanora never fails to get me hooked into her stories. She makes me a captive audience glued to the page till the last page and the words The end.
